Our Stillness tea is here to represent and introduce you to the second energetic centre, the Sacral Chakra. 
The Sacral is connected to our Emotions, the Sexual and Creative energy and here we embody sense of belonging within our families and communities. 
The sexual organs and glands get supported and stimulated through this centre. 
Did you know that the essence of your Feminine and Masculine energy also resides here?
No matter if we are a man or a woman, we carry both energetic traits within our system. 
The Adrenal Glands receive an armful of nourishment when we are able to let go and allow. 
The most common heavy emotions that people carry within Sacral Chakra are Guilt and Shame. 
Any unprocessed emotional pain as well as sexual trauma can be released from this emotional level. 
We are also big on SELF LOVE in this second chakra.
